FMS negotiation is about supplying a client with the resources for delivering a contract, according to the requirements of the customer service levels.

Scope
Negotiation is normally supplied when the contract is being reviewed at the very outset of the project. However, there may also be an element of renegotiation once the contract has been in place for some time.

Service
FMS will define the items which are negotiable and areas in order to assess the demands of the customer, versus those of the third party. We will then work towards ensuring the interests of the customer are satisfied and can identify areas of contention for resolution.
