FMS service management assesses service requirements and service levels, providing resources that monitor, report and allow corrective action to ensure the service is delivered to the customer.

Scope
Assessment of service levels takes place pre-contract and to validate service level agreement. FMS service management is also provided once the service has commenced, in order to measure, monitor, report and respond to any deviations in the service provision.
